Victoria Palagy, MA, LMFT
Victoria Palagy is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. She became a licensed Psychiatric Clinician during her five years at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital while working at the Center for Youth and Families in Torrington CT. She is experienced in providing therapeutic services to individuals, children, teens, families, and couples. She is trained and sensitive to working with the LGBT community. Victoria received her MA in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2014 from Northcentral University. Victoria’s area of specialization is Bowen Family Systems Therapy which focuses on the family of origin and looking at the specific areas where stress enters the lives of the individual or the families. Victoria has earned additional certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Trauma Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for the Treatment of Anxiety and Depression, and in treatment of children through Attachment, Regulation, and Competency. Victoria’s first career was as a touring musician. She lives in Bristol CT with her husband and her 2 dogs.
